A new type of assignment this year is known as In Your Journal. You will see In Your Journal: in the directions for some assignments. You will also see the following information after In Your Journal:
- The heading for the assignment in your journal.
- The due date for the assignment.
- The point value for the assignment.
Procedures For Checking In Your Journal Assignments
- It is the responsibility of the student to present the journal for grading during class or during Open Lab.
- Assignments are due BEFORE THE END OF THE CLASS PERIOD on the assignment due date.
- Assignments will be date stamped upon receipt. This date stamp is your proof the assignment has been completed correctly.
- Your assignment will be graded and recorded in the gradebook.
- You may have an opportunity to make corrections. Please review any feedback/notes in your journal.
