Prep Work [5-10 Minutes]
Every day you should:
- Login to DCPS OneView.
- Read your DCPS e-mail.
- Race three races on NitroType.
- Follow any additional instructions from the teacher.
- Read through the instructions for Vocab Shmocab #1: Key Terms.
- Read through the instructions for Vocab-Shmocab #2: Computer Components.
- Read through the rubrics for Draw Something #2 and Draw Something #3.
Instruction [10-20 Minutes]
THERE WILL BE A QUIZ ON THE SYLLABUS AND CHAMPS EXPECTATIONS THURSDAY DURING CLASS. Students will be allowed to use their syllabus.
Students will learn about and discuss the expectations for the Vocab-Schmocab assignments.
Work [45-60 Minutes]
Continue working on 60 Second Speech #1. Presentations start September 18, 2017.
Begin working on Vocab-Schmocab #1. It is due at the start of next class.
Begin working on Vocab-Shmocab #2. It is due next week.
Begin working on Draw Something #2 and Draw Something #3. They are due on the 15th and the 22nd respectively but do not wait!
Break Down [5 Minutes]
Before you leave please do the following::
- BACKUP your data in at least two locations.
- RESTART the computer.
- TURN OFF the monitor.
- COLLECT your materials.
- WAIT quietly to be dismissed.
- PUSH in your chair when you leave.
- THROW away any trash in the trashcan as you leave.
